The compact HiClave Q-series stirring autoclaves are ideal for batches up to 1000 ml.
Thanks to multiple connection options and interchangeable container sizes, the laboratory reactors are flexible in their application.
Various container sizes and equipment options, such as funnels for liquid addition or temperature probes, allow the system to be adapted to any task in the laboratory.

Modular & compact
With a capacity of 250 to 1000 ml, the HiClave Q-series pressure reactors are suitable for a wide range of applications – with maximum temperatures of up to 350°C and working pressures of up to 100 bar.
Thanks to its modular design, the sample size can be efficiently and quickly adapted to your specific requirements.
Stainless steel or Hastelloy® are available as materials, with stainless steel optionally coated with tantalum. Optional PTFE inserts enhance chemical resistance.
Connection for overhead stirrer
Our HiClave Q models can be equipped with either a magnetic stirrer or an overhead stirrer. Various options are available, allowing you to choose the right version for your application.
A wide selection of agitators is available: propeller agitators, anchor agitators, helical agitators, impeller agitators, or blade agitators, optionally made of PTFE, stainless steel, or Hastelloy®. Alternative agitator geometries are available upon request.
Connection options
Connections for pressure gauges, temperature sensors, overpressure protection and pressure relief valves are part of the standard equipment.
A total of 8 connections are available on the lid (plus a stirring port). By combining several connections (e.g., pressure relief and outlet for gas analysis), more lines can be effectively connected.
The standard connections are compression fittings. All connections can also be made according to your requirements.
Variable reactor sizes
HiClave Q pressure vessels are made of corrosion-resistant materials (with material certificates) and are available in sizes from 250 ml to 1000 ml. These vessel sizes are particularly suitable for scale-up applications and can also be used in mini-plant systems.
They are suitable for use at temperatures up to a maximum of 350°C and working pressures up to 100 bar. All containers comply with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68/EU and are designed and tested for significantly higher test pressures.
Inert inner surfaces
PTFE inserts offer strong corrosion protection, are chemically resistant, and easy to clean. Tantalum or Hastelloy® are available as options, providing even greater resistance to aggressive media and high temperatures. This allows for flexible material selection to meet your specific requirements.
The HiClave Q series is also compatible with the shieldRack system. For the shieldRack system there is also a glass pressure reactor available: the BoroClave
