HiClave S-Series
The HiClave S-series mini-reactors are the ideal equipment for laboratory-scale experiments with batch sizes from 25 to 125 ml.
The particularly convenient screw-lid is especially helpful for frequent opening and closing of the reactors.
Thanks to multiple connection options and interchangeable container sizes, the reactor can be used flexibly.
HiClave S-reactors are therefore ideal for use in chemical research or for the first steps towards scaling up your new synthesis or digestion process.

Modular & compact
With a capacity of 25 to 125 ml, the HiClave S-series stirring autoclaves are suitable for a wide range of applications – with maximum temperatures of up to 350°C and working pressures of up to 150 bar.
Thanks to its modular design, the number of tests can be efficiently and quickly adapted to your specific requirements, yet the test setup remains unchanged.
Stainless steel or Hastelloy® are available as materials, with stainless steel optionally coated with tantalum or equipped with a PTFE insert.
Ergonomic closure lid
HiClave S reactors with capacities from 25 to 125 ml are compatible with the same closure.
The ergonomic shape of the screw cap makes it particularly easy to open and close.
Connection options
Flexible connection options offer the advantage that the reactor can be configured in a versatile and flexible way for batch and continuous operation.
Inert inner surfaces
The standard version of the HiClave autoclaves is made of high-quality V4A stainless steel (316). For highly corrosive media, PTFE inserts, solid Hastelloy®, or tantalum coatings are also available.
This allows the choice of materials to be flexibly adapted to your requirements.
